Notes And Remarks
Above rates are non Commissionable. The rates applicable are for FIT/GIT and ad-hoc groups only. (Not applicable to Web Operation/ Websites).
In the event of a change in the stipulated government Taxes & services the rates will be adjusted accordingly and passed on to the Agent.
Guide/ Tour Leader Policy
- Guide or Tour Leader room will be provided on FOC for any Group of clients more than 16 Pax
- For a Group of clients less than 16 Pax USD 35 will be charged for the guide room on guests basis
Cancellations Policy
- Cancellations within 07 days of the arrival date – 100% of the value of the booking
- Cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date – 50% of the value of the booking
- Cancellations within 21 days of the arrival date – 25% of the value of the booking
- Cancellations during Peak - 100% of the value of the booking ( within 14 days of the arrival date) Peak period 20/12/2023 to 10/01/2024
Travel agents are required to make the relevant payment before the client check in to the hotel.
