General Conditions
Transportation facilities from the airport and train station (surcharges may apply) can be arranged.
To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the hotel 24-hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
Standard check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. and the check-out time is before noon.
Only the registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel or amend a reservation under the circumstances where the guests do not abide by our terms and conditions, provide invalid payment methods or behave in a disruptive way that causes injury or danger to our staff or other guests.
Payment Policy
Valid credit card details required and may be pre-authorized to guarantee the booking.
Full amount will be charged at any time after the booking.
Guarantee Policy
At the time of booking, no charge will be placed on your card. However, a partial payment will be processed at the beginning of our cancellation policy.
